2. Golkonda Fort
Another famous historic monument that you should visit with your kids and family is the Golkonda Fort. The fort, a medieval fort that overlooks the city, is a reminder of the glory of eras past. Golkonda Fort is associated with some the most well-known diamonds in the world, aside from its historical and architectural beauty.

4. Hatiyan Jhad Baobab tree
In your childhood, you must have heard stories about Ali Baba’s 40 thieves. It would be amazing to tour the hideout of one such gang. This hideout is hidden in a tree, which is the most amazing part. You read it right! Hatiyan Jhad, a large tree that is located within the Naya Qila premises and about one kilometer from the Golkonda Fort, can be found in the Naya Qila premises.
It measures approximately 25 meters in diameter and has a large hollow cavity which can hold 40 people. Legend has it that 40 thieves lived in this tree under the rule of Qutub Shahi rulers. They would come out at night to engage in their dishonest acts, until they were caught. You can still slide down the tree to explore the hollow inside.
5. Ramoji Film City
Ramoji Film City is a family-friendly destination in Hyderabad. It is a unique attraction and the largest studio complex in the entire world. It has been featured in many Indian films. Bahubali, a blockbuster movie, was filmed in this area. This studio complex includes an amusement park, two hotels, and multi-cuisine restaurants. There are also permanent sets. It covers over 2000 acres and is a paradise for all ages.
6. Nehru Zoological Park
The Nehru Zoological Park, also known as Hyderabad Zoo, is home to many animals, birds and reptiles. The park covers 380 acres and is home to the Asiatic Lions, Bengal Tiger, Indian Rhino, Bengal Tigers, Indian elephants, panthers, pythons, and antelopes.
You will enjoy safari trips in the park. The zoo has many attractions for children, including a Jurassic Park, an aquarium, tortoise house, butterfly park and a train.
7. Salar Jung Museum
Salar Jung Museum is proud to be one of three National Museums in India. The museum has a rich and varied collection that includes paintings, sculptures, and ceramics as well as textiles, carvings, and carpets. It also houses metal artifacts, furniture, and clocks from different countries. The Chowmahalla Palace, located near Charminar is a complex that includes four palaces. It was once home to the Nizams from Hyderabad. 12. KVR Botanical Garden

The garden is home to 600 species of trees and plants, making it a relaxing place. You will love the many sections that contain ornamental, medicinal, timber, bamboo, aquatic, and other plants.
